账号删除请求

霓诺网络科技有限公司（Nino Network Technology Co., Ltd.，以下简称"我们"）尊重并保护您的隐私。您可以随时请求删除您在饮料小镇中的账号及相关数据。

We respect and protect your privacy. You may request deletion of your account and associated data in Foodie Town at any time.

一、如何请求删除账号 (How to Request Account Deletion)

方式一：通过游戏内操作（In-Game Method）

1. 打开游戏，进入"设置"页面（Open the game and go to "Settings"）
2. 点击"账号"选项（Tap "Account"）
3. 选择"删除账号"（Select "Delete Account"）
4. 确认删除操作（Confirm the deletion）

方式二：通过电子邮件（Email Method）

发送邮件至 zhouni@nino-network.com，邮件主题请注明"Account Deletion Request - Foodie Town"，并在邮件正文中提供以下信息：

• 您的用户ID（Your User ID）
• 注册时使用的手机号或邮箱（The phone number or email used for registration）

Send an email to zhouni@nino-network.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - Foodie Town". Please include your User ID and the phone number or email associated with your account.

二、将被删除的数据 (Data That Will Be Deleted)

当您的账号删除请求处理完成后，以下数据将被永久删除：

Once your account deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• 账号信息（Account information）——包括用户名、头像、注册信息等
• 游戏进度与存档数据（Game progress and save data）
• 购买记录展示（Purchase records display）
• 游戏内物品与资产（In-game items and assets）
• 社交与好友数据（Social and friend data）

三、可能保留的数据 (Data That May Be Retained)

出于法律法规和财务合规要求，以下数据可能会在一定期限内被保留：

Due to legal and financial compliance requirements, the following data may be retained for a limited period:

• 交易记录（Transaction records）——保留30天，用于财务审计和法律合规（retained for 30 days for financial auditing and legal compliance）
• 匿名化的分析数据（Anonymized analytics data）——此类数据无法关联到个人身份（this data cannot be linked to any individual identity）

四、处理时间 (Processing Timeline)

我们将在收到您的请求后15个工作日内完成处理。处理完成后，我们将向您注册时使用的邮箱发送确认邮件。

Your request will be processed within 15 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account once the deletion is complete.

五、重要提示 (Important Notes)

• 账号删除操作不可撤销，删除后所有数据将无法恢复。（Account deletion is irreversible. All data cannot be recovered once deleted.）
• 如您有未到期的订阅服务，请在提交删除请求前先取消订阅。（If you have active subscriptions, please cancel them before submitting the deletion request.）
