《霓诺网络用户个人信息及隐私保护政策》适用于上海霓诺网络科技有限公司和/或其关联公司(统称“霓诺网络”或“我们”)提供的一切产品和服务(统称“产品和服务”)。我们非常重视保护用户(以下简称“您”)的个人信息和隐私。您在使用霓诺网络的服务时,霓诺网络将会收集、使用、存储、处理您的相关信息。为呈现我们处理您个人信息的情况,我们特制定《霓诺网络用户个人信息及隐私保护政策》(以下简称“隐私政策”),我们承诺严格按照本隐私政策处理您的个人信息。
我们在此提醒您:
在您使用霓诺网络的服务前,请您务必认真阅读本隐私政策,充分理解各条款内容,包括但不限于免除或限制我们责任的条款。您知晓并确认,您勾选“同意”本隐私政策并使用霓诺网络的服务,就表示您同意我们按照本隐私政策处理您的个人信息。请您知悉,本政策仅适用于我们向您提供服务所收集的信息,不适用于通过接入霓诺网络的服务以向您提供服务的第三方所收集的信息。

一、我们如何收集和使用您的个人信息
(一)我们如何收集您的个人信息
在您使用霓诺网络的服务过程中,我们会按照如下方式收集您的个人信息:
1、完成注册
当您注册霓诺网络账户时,我们需要收集您的相关个人信息,例如:手机号码、登录密码、用户名。我们收集您的上述信息是为了帮助您完成霓诺网络账户的注册,保护您的账户安全,如您不提供这类信息,我们将无法为您创建账户并正常向您提供服务。
2、游戏服务
当您使用游戏服务时,我们需要收集您使用的设备相关信息。例如:设备机型、操作系统及版本、客户端版本、设备分辨率、包名、设备设置、设备标识符(如Android ID、MAC地址)。我们收集您的上述信息是为了保障您正常使用我们的服务,维护游戏基础功能的正常运行,优化游戏产品性能,提升您的游戏体验。如您不提供这类信息,您将无法使用游戏服务。
3、实名认证
当您进行实名认证时,我们需要收集您的姓名、身份证件类型、身份证件号码。同时,为实现实名认证的目的,您同意并授权我们自行或委托第三方向有关实名认证机构(如个人征信机构、政府部门等)提供、查询、核对您的前述身份信息。我们收集您的上述信息是为了履行法定义务,核验用户真实身份、识别用户年龄以及保障系统和服务安全。如您不提供这类信息,您将无法登录霓诺网络服务或在使用霓诺网络服务过程中受到相应限制。
(二)设备权限调用情况
在您使用霓诺网络服务过程中,我们需要在必要范围内向您申请获取设备权限。请您知悉,我们不会默认开启您设备的权限,仅在您主动确认开启的情况下,霓诺网络才有可能通过设备权限收集您的信息。例如:
(1)本地存储及读写权限:在您开启存储权限后,您允许我们访问您的存储空间,以便使您可以下载并保存内容,或者通过缓存来实现相应服务等功能。
(2)网络访问权限:在霓诺网络游戏产品应用程序运行时,为了正常联网使用游戏服务,我们需要使用您的网络访问权限。
(3)设备信息权限:在您开启设备信息权限后,您允许我们获取您的设备信息以作为您设备的唯一性标识,以便在发生问题时快速定位、了解产品适配性、识别异常状态以及保障霓诺网络服务的网络及运营安全。
当您需要关闭这些功能权限时,大多数移动设备都会支持您的这项需求,具体方法请参考或联系您移动设备的服务商或生产商。请您注意,您开启任一权限即代表您授权我们可以收集和使用相关信息来为您提供对应服务,您一旦关闭任一权限即代表您取消了授权,我们将不再基于对应权限继续收集和使用相关信息,也无法为您提供该权限所对应的服务。但是,您关闭权限的决定不会影响此前基于您的授权所进行的信息收集及使用。
(三)我们如何使用您的个人信息
1、帮助您完成注册
为便于我们为您提供服务,您需要提供基本注册信息,例如手机号码、电子邮箱地址,并创建您的用户名和密码。在使用部分服务中,如果您仅需使用浏览、搜索等基本服务,您不需要注册成为霓诺网络用户及提供上述信息。
2、向您提供服务
我们收集和使用信息是为了向您提供霓诺网络的服务。
(1)在我们提供服务时,用于身份验证、客户服务、安全防范、诈骗监测、存档和备份用途,确保我们向您提供的产品和服务的安全性;
(2)帮助我们设计新服务,改善我们现有服务;
(3)使我们更加了解您如何接入和使用我们的服务,从而针对性地回应您的需求,例如语言设定、位置设定、帮助服务和指示,或对您和其他使用我们服务的用户做出其他方面的回应;
(4)评估我们服务中的广告和其他促销及推广活动的效果,并加以改善;
(5)软件认证或管理软件升级;
(6)让您参与有关我们产品和服务的调查。
3、向您推送消息
(1)为您展示和推送服务
我们可能在必需时(例如当我们由于系统维护而暂停提供服务、变更、终止提供单项服务时)向您发出与服务有关的通知。
4、改进我们的服务
我们可能让您参与有霓诺网络服务的调查,帮助我们改善现有服务或设计新服务;同时,我们可能将您的信息用于软件更新。在收集您的信息后,我们将通过技术手段对数据进行去标识化处理,去标识化处理的信息将无法识别您的身份,在此情况下我们可能会使用已经去标识化的信息,对用户数据库进行分析并予以商业化的利用。
如果我们将您的信息用于本《隐私政策》中未载明的其他用途,会事先征求您同意。

根据相关法律法规及国家标准,以下情形中,我们可能会收集、使用您的相关个人信息而无需征求您的授权同意:

(一)委托处理
我们会委托第三方服务提供商处理我们所收集的您的个人信息,以便其为我们提供基础设施技术、数据分析、广告投放、营销决策等产品或技术支持。上述委托处理行为受本政策中所声明目的约束,并且我们会以合同的方式对上述受托的第三方服务提供商进行监督。

我们非常重视保护您的个人信息。除以下情形外,未经您同意,我们不会与霓诺网络之外的任何第三方共享您的个人信息:

2、维护和改善我们的服务。我们可能向合作伙伴及其他第三方分享您的信息,以帮助我们为您提供更有针对性、更完善的服务,例如:向物流服务商提供对应的订单信息;向通讯服务提供商提供对应的联系信息;
3、向委托我们进行推广的合作伙伴等第三方共享。但我们仅会向这些委托方提供推广的覆盖面和有效性的信息,而不会提供可以识别您身份的信息,或者我们将这些信息进行汇总,以便它不会识别您个人;
4、与关联方的必要共享。为便于我们基于统一的帐号体系向您提供一致化服务以及便于您进行统一管理、保障系统和帐号安全等,您的个人信息可能会在我们和我们的关联方之间进行必要共享。例如:在您使用某一项霓诺网络服务时所收集的您的信息,可能在另一项霓诺网络服务中用于向您提供特定内容或向您展示与您相关的信息;
5、实现本政策第一条“我们如何收集和使用个人信息”部分所述的其他目的;
6、履行我们在本政策或我们与您达成的其他协议中的义务和行使我们的权利;
7、在法律法规允许的范围内,为了遵守法律、维护我们及我们的关联方或合作伙伴、您或其他霓诺网络用户或社会公众利益、财产或安全免遭损害,比如为防止欺诈等违法活动和减少信用风险,我们可能与其他公司和组织交换信息。不过,这并不包括违反本政策中所作的承诺而为获利目的出售、出租、共享或以其它方式披露的信息;
8、应您合法需求或经您的授权同意;
9、应您的监护人合法要求而提供您的信息;
10、基于学术研究而提供;
11、基于符合法律法规的社会公共利益而提供。
12、为保护霓诺网络或您的合法权益且符合法律法规的适当的披露;
13、在紧急情况下,基于符合法律法规为保护其他用户及第三方人身安全而提供您的信息;
我们仅会出于合法、正当、必要、特定、明确的目的共享您的个人信息。对我们与之共享个人信息的公司、组织和个人,我们会与其签署严格的保密协定,要求他们按照我们的说明、本政策以及其他任何相关的保密和安全措施来处理信息。
(三)转让
我们不会将您的个人信息转让给任何公司、组织和个人,但在涉及合并、收购、资产转让或破产清算时,如涉及到个人信息转让,我们会向您告知有关情况,并要求新的持有您个人信息的公司、组织继续受本政策的约束,否则我们将要求该公司、组织重新取得您的授权同意。

除非本合同另有约定或法律明确规定,我们不会公开披露您的个人信息。
(五)例外情况
另外,根据相关法律及国家标准,以下情形中,我们可能会共享、转让、公开披露个人信息无需事先征得您的授权同意:
请注意,您在使用我们服务时自愿共享甚至公开分享的信息,可能会涉及您或他人的个人信息甚至个人敏感信息。请您谨慎共享或公开,如所涉信息包含他人个人信息,请您在共享或公开前取得他人同意。
请知悉,根据法律规定,若我们采取技术措施和其他必要措施处理个人信息,使得数据接收方无法重新识别特定个人且不能复原,经上述处理后的数据的共享、转让、公开披露无需另行向您通知并征得您的同意。
四、我们如何储存和保护您的信息
(一)个人信息的存储
我们仅在本《隐私政策》所述目的所必需期间和法律法规要求的时限内保留您的个人信息。如我们终止服务或运营,我们将及时停止继续收集您个人信息的活动,同时会遵守相关法律法规要求提前向您通知,并在终止服务或运营后对您的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理,但法律法规或监管部门另有规定的除外。
(二)个人信息的保护
我们非常重视个人信息安全,并采取一切合理可行的措施,保护您的个人信息:
1、我们采取了行业通行的数据保护技术与管理措施,例如网络隔离、数据加密、员工访问控制等措施,以防止其遭到未经授权的访问、披露、篡改、丢失或毁坏。
2、我们仅允许有必要知晓这些信息的霓诺网络公司员工、合作伙伴访问您的信息,并为此设置了严格的访问权限控制和监控机制;我们同时要求可能接触到您的信息的所有人员履行相应的保密义务。我们将努力确保前述人员在接触您的个人信息时遵守本《隐私政策》及我们要求其遵守的其他适当的保密和安全措施,如果未能履行这些义务,前述人员可能会被追究法律责任或被终止与霓诺网络的合作关系;我们会采取一切合理可行的措施,确保不收集无关的信息。
3、互联网并非绝对安全的环境,而且电子邮件、即时通讯、社交软件或其他服务软件等与其他用户的交流方式无法确定是否完全加密,我们建议您使用此类工具时请使用复杂密码,并注意保护您的信息安全。在通过霓诺网络服务与第三方进行沟通或购买商品及服务时,您不可避免的要向交易对方或潜在的交易对方披露自己的信息,如联络方式或者邮政地址等。请您妥善保护自己的信息,仅在必要的情形下向他人提供。
4、互联网环境并非百分之百安全,我们将尽力确保或担保您发送给我们的个人信息的安全性。如果我们的物理、技术、或管理防护设施遭到破坏,导致个人信息被非授权访问、公开披露、篡改、或毁坏,导致您的合法权益受损,我们将承担相应的法律责任。
本《隐私政策》仅适用于我们所收集的用户的个人信息,并不适用于任何第三方提供的服务或第三方的信息使用规则,对任何第三方使用由您提供的信息导致您的合法权益受损,我们并不承担任何责任。
(三)信息存储的方式和期限
我们保证我们在中华人民共和国境内收集和产生的个人信息,将存储在中华人民共和国境内。未获得您的明示授权、法律法规的明确规定;及/或相关主管机构的要求,我们不会将您的个人信息转移出境。我们保证只会在为实现服务目的所必需的时间内或法律法规规定的条件及期限下存储您的个人信息。
请您知悉,虽然我们将尽力确保或担保您发送给我们的任何信息的安全性,但互联网环境并非百分之百安全,我们亦不对由此产生或与之相关的任何风险、损失承担责任。
在不幸发生个人信息安全事件后,我们将按照法律法规的要求,及时向您告知:安全事件的基本情况和可能的影响、我们已采取或将要采取的处置措施、您可自主防范和降低风险的建议、对您的补救措施等。我们将及时将事件相关情况以应用程序推送、电子邮件、短信、电话等方式告知您,难以逐一告知个人信息主体时,我们会采取合理、有效的方式发布公告。同时,我们还将按照监管部门要求,主动上报个人信息安全事件的处置情况。
五、您如何管理您的个人信息
在您使用霓诺网络服务期间,您可以通过相应页面提示或本隐私政策载明的方式联系我们,以访问、更正、删除您的个人信息,以及行使改变授权同意的范围与注销账号的权利,您的意见会及时得到处理。
(一)访问及更正您的个人信息
您有权在使用我们服务的过程中访问您的个人信息,我们在单项服务中为您提供了相应的操作设置,您可据此进行操作。
(二)删除您的个人信息
在以下情形中,您可以通过本隐私政策载明的方式向我们提出删除个人信息的请求:

您可以通过设备权限设置或本隐私政策载明的方式与我们联系,以改变同意范围或撤回您的授权。
请您理解,霓诺网络服务可能需要开启部分权限并收集必要的个人信息才能得以实现。当您撤回您的同意时,我们将无法继续为您提供撤回同意所对应的服务,但不会影响此前基于您的授权而开展的个人信息处理服务。
(四)注销账户
您可以通过发送电子邮件的方式(邮箱地址:contact@nino-network.com)联系我们的工作人员注销账户。在账户被注销之后,我们将停止为您提供服务,并依据您的要求,删除您的个人信息,法律法规另有规定的除外。
您注销上述账户的行为是不可逆的,我们将停止为您提供服务,不再收集您的个人信息,并依据您的要求删除与您账户相关的个人信息或做匿名化处理。
(五)响应您的上述请求
如您无法按照上述方式行使权利的,您可以采取本隐私政策载明的联系方式与我们联系。为保障安全,您可能需要提供书面请求,或以其他方式证明您的身份。我们可能会先要求您验证自己的身份,然后再处理您的请求。
对于您合理的请求,我们原则上不收取费用,但对多次重复、超出合理限度的请求,我们将视情收取一定成本费用。对于那些无端重复、需要过多技术手段、给他人合法权益带来风险或者非常不切实际的请求,我们可能会予以拒绝。
在以下情形中,我们将无法响应您的请求:
六、未成年人相关事项
我们非常重视对未成年人个人信息的保护。根据相关法律法规的规定,收集、使用未满14周岁的未成年人的个人信息,需由监护人授权同意。
如您为未成年人(尤其是不满14周岁的未成年人),我们要求您请您的父母或其他监护人仔细阅读本隐私政策,并在征得您的监护人授权同意的前提下使用我们的服务或向我们提供信息。

未成年人用户特别提示
(1)未成年人使用霓诺网络所开发软件及相关服务应该在其监护人的监督指导下,在合理范围内正确学习使用网络,避免沉迷虚拟的网络空间,养成良好上网习惯;
(2)青少年用户必须遵守《全国青少年网络文明公约》;
(3)要善于网上学习,不浏览不良信息;
(4)要诚实友好交流,不侮辱欺诈他人;
(5)要增强自护意识,不随意约会网友;
(6)要维护网络安全,不破坏网络秩序;
(7)要有益身心健康,不沉溺虚拟时空。
为更好地保护未成年人隐私权益,霓诺网络特别提醒您慎重发布包含未成年人素材的内容,一经发布,即视为您已获得权利人同意在霓诺网络所开发软件及相关服务展示未成年人的肖像、声音等信息,且允许霓诺网络依据本协议使用、处理该等与未成年人相关的内容。
监护人特别提示
(1)如您的被监护人使用霓诺网络所开发软件及相关服务的,您作为监护人应指导并监督被监护人的注册和使用行为,如您的被监护人申请注册账号,霓诺网络将有权认为其已取得您的同意;
(2)您的被监护人在使用霓诺网络所开发软件及相关服务时可能使用购买产品或服务等功能。您作为监护人,请保管好您的支付设备、支付账户及支付密码等,以避免被监护人在未取得您同意的情况下通过您的账号使用购买等消费功能。
七、我们服务中的第三方服务
我们的服务可能包括或链接至第三方提供的社交媒体或其他服务(包括网站)。例如:
1、您可利用 “分享”键将某些内容分享到我们的服务,或您可利用第三方连线服务登录我们的服务。这些功能可能会收集您的信息(包括您的日志信息),并可能在您的电脑装置cookies,从而正常运行上述功能;
2、我们通过广告或我们服务的其他方式向您提供链接,使您可以接入第三方的服务或网站。

The Nino Network User Personal Information and Privacy Protection Policy applies to all products and services (collectively referred to as “Products and Services”) provided by Shanghai Nino Network Technology Co., Ltd. and/or its affiliated companies (collectively referred to as “Nino Network” or “we”). We attach great importance to the protection of users’ (hereinafter referred to as “you”) personal information and privacy. When you use Nino Network’s services, Nino Network will collect, use, store, and process your relevant information. To clarify how we process your personal information, we have formulated this Nino Network User Personal Information and Privacy Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”), and we commit to processing your personal information in strict accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Before using Nino Network’s services, you must carefully read this Privacy Policy and fully understand the content of each clause, including but not limited to clauses that exempt or limit our liability. You acknowledge and confirm that if you check “Agree” to this Privacy Policy and use Nino Network’s services, it means you agree to our processing of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Please note that this Policy only applies to the information collected by us when providing services to you, and does not apply to the information collected by third parties that provide services to you by accessing Nino Network’s services.
This Privacy Policy will help you understand the following:
1.1 How We Collect Your Personal Information
In the course of your use of Nino Network’s services, we will collect your personal information in the following ways:
1.1.1 Completing Registration
When you register a Nino Network account, we need to collect your relevant personal information, such as mobile phone number, login password, and username. We collect the above information to help you complete the registration of your Nino Network account and protect the security of your account. If you do not provide such information, we will not be able to create an account for you or provide services normally.
1.1.2 Game Services
When you use game services, we need to collect information related to the device you use, such as device model, operating system and version, client version, device resolution, package name, device settings, and device identifiers (e.g., Android ID, MAC address). We collect the above information to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of basic game functions, optimize game product performance, and enhance your gaming experience. If you do not provide such information, you will not be able to use the game services.
1.1.3 Real-Name Authentication
When you perform real-name authentication, we need to collect your name, ID type, and ID number. At the same time, for the purpose of real-name authentication, you agree and authorize us to provide, inquire about, and verify the aforementioned identity information to relevant real-name authentication institutions (such as personal credit reporting agencies, government departments, etc.) on our own or through a third party. We collect the above information to fulfill legal obligations, verify the user’s real identity, identify the user’s age, and ensure the security of the system and services. If you do not provide such information, you will not be able to log in to Nino Network services or be subject to corresponding restrictions when using Nino Network services.
1.2 Device Permission Application
In the course of your use of Nino Network services, we need to apply for access to device permissions within a necessary scope. Please note that we will not enable your device permissions by default; Nino Network may only collect your information through device permissions with your active confirmation and consent. For example:
(1) Local storage and read/write permissions: After you enable the storage permission, you allow us to access your storage space so that you can download and save content, or implement corresponding services through caching.
(2) Network access permission: When the Nino Network game application is running, we need to use your network access permission to use the game services normally online.
(3) Device information permission: After you enable the device information permission, you allow us to obtain your device information as a unique identifier for your device, so as to quickly locate problems when they occur, understand product compatibility, identify abnormal status, and ensure the network and operational security of Nino Network services.
When you need to disable these function permissions, most mobile devices will support this. For specific methods, please refer to or contact your mobile device service provider or manufacturer. Please note that enabling any permission means you authorize us to collect and use relevant information to provide you with corresponding services; disabling any permission means you revoke the authorization, and we will no longer collect and use relevant information based on the corresponding permission, nor will we be able to provide you with the service corresponding to that permission. However, your decision to disable permissions will not affect the information collection and use conducted based on your previous authorization.
1.3 How We Use Your Personal Information
1.3.1 Helping You Complete Registration
To facilitate us in providing services to you, you need to provide basic registration information, such as mobile phone number, email address, and create your username and password. When using some services, if you only need to use basic services such as browsing and searching, you do not need to register as a Nino Network user or provide the above information.
1.3.2 Providing Services to You
We collect and use information to provide you with Nino Network services.
(1) When providing services, it is used for identity verification, customer service, security prevention, fraud detection, archiving, and backup purposes to ensure the security of the products and services we provide to you;
(2) Helping us design new services and improve our existing services;
(3) Enabling us to better understand how you access and use our services, so as to respond to your needs in a targeted manner, such as language settings, location settings, help services and instructions, or respond to you and other users of our services in other aspects;
